Facilitating Circles with Heart and Purpose

I bring many years experience and a deep commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for authentic connection and self-discovery. My facilitation is rooted in training with the One Circle Foundation and enriched by studies in Non-Violent Communication, Attentive Listening, the arts, Social Circus, and Waldorf pedagogy.

Each circle I lead is held with care, creativity, and intention—offering participants the chance to share their stories, express themselves artistically, and feel seen and supported in community.

Whether through conversation, movement, or making, these circles invite a sense of belonging and inner growth.

"Kathryn holds space with such warmth and intention.  As a facilitator, she brings clarity, deep listening, and a beautiful sense of structure to each circle.  Her ability to weave story with art invites personal reflection in a way that feels both meaningful and creative.  Every circle I've attended has left me feeling grounded, inspired, and more connected to myself and others as well as deepened my discovery of inner insight into myself, learning more about why I feel the way I do and why I do some of the things I do.  With Kathryn's support, I even surprised myself with some of my inner truths that bubbled up.   Kathryn's presence is truly a gift. Being Me in Community

An 8-Week Creative Circle Series for Girls

This empowering 8-week workshop series invites girls into a safe, supportive circle where they can explore who they are and how they belong. Each week focuses on a theme that encourages both self-discovery and connection with others—such as celebrating my individuality, what’s important to me, exploring dreams, and feeling good about myself.

Through heartfelt sharing and guided artistic expression, participants will reflect on personal values, nurture self-esteem, and celebrate both their unique identity and the diversity within the group. Activities may include journaling, collage, painting, storytelling, and other creative projects that help bring each week’s theme to life.

Together, we’ll build a kind and inclusive space where every voice is honored, friendships are formed, and personal growth is celebrated.

Over 13 sessions, we will explore the many phases of motherhood through the lens of myth and archetype—drawing wisdom from stories that speak to the cycles, challenges, and beauty of mothering.

Each gathering includes time for authentic sharing, artistic exploration, and guided reflection. Themes may include losing freedom, losing control, losing ourselves, and more—offering mirrors to our personal experiences and new insight into our inner landscape.

Through simple yet meaningful creative activities such as watercolor, collage, felting, poetry, or clay, participants will have the opportunity to deepen self-understanding, process emotions, and celebrate the evolving journey of motherhood.
