Youth Circles

Loveday Everyday supports creative and verbal self-expression, and follows group guidelines to provide the foundation for respectful and supportive communication within the circle:

Circle Guidelines

What is shared in circle stays in circle. Confidentiality is essential.
Exceptions apply only if someone has been harmed, is in danger of harming themselves, or may harm someone else.
Anyone may choose to “pass” at any time. No one is ever required or pressured to speak.
We speak from our own experience. If we mention others, it is only to reflect how their actions affect us personally.
We offer listening instead of advice. If someone asks for guidance, we may share personal experiences that feel relevant.
We avoid interrupting and wait our turn to speak.
We accept each participant’s experiences, thoughts, and feelings without judgment—even when they differ from our own.
We commit to attending each meeting. If we must miss a session, we will inform the facilitator in advance.

Release of Liability

I understand that all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of participants. By signing below, I release and hold harmless Loveday Everyday, Kathryn Loveday, and any affiliated facilitators or venues from any and all liability, claims, or demands for accidental injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during participation in the Youth Circle.

Media Release

I give permission for my child to be photographed or filmed during Youth Circle activities. I understand that these images or recordings may be used by Loveday Everyday for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes, including (but not limited to) social media, the Loveday Everyday website, and printed materials.

I understand that my child’s name will not be used without additional consent.If I do not want my child’s image used, I will notify the facilitator in writing.
