Interactive Experience
Our team-building workshops are thoughtfully designed for youth groups (ages 12+) or adult teams within schools, companies, or organizations. Each workshop is customized to reflect the group’s unique story, demographic, and needs. Through a dynamic blend of trust-building games, creative activities, and guided discussion, participants are invited to connect more deeply, strengthen collaboration, and foster a sense of shared purpose. Whether for students, staff, or coworkers, the experience supports meaningful connection, communication, and cohesion in a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
These workshops are grounded in over 25 years of experience facilitating groups through movement, art, and meaningful dialogue. As a circus arts trainer, performance artist, and visual artist, I bring a playful, creative energy to every gathering. My background as a longtime Waldorf teacher informs my holistic and developmental approach, while my certifications and training—including with the National School of Circus Montreal, facilitation with the One Circle Foundation, Non-Violent Communication, and Restorative Justice Circles—support the creation of safe, inclusive spaces where every voice is valued. My strength lies in meeting groups where they are, weaving together artistry, empathy, and structure to create experiences that are both impactful and deeply human.
With years of experience serving in faculty chair roles, I’ve had the opportunity to support school communities through collaborative leadership, thoughtful planning, and effective communication. I’ve designed and facilitated professional development workshops for faculty teams, focusing on topics such as child development, classroom culture, artistic integration, and community-building. My approach blends insight, creativity, and care—encouraging reflection and practical application. In addition to working with faculty, I bring that same level of engagement to class parent meetings, creating warm, interactive spaces where parents feel informed, empowered, and connected to their child’s learning journey.

I offer engaging, thoughtfully facilitated virtual workshops designed to bring the same level of connection, creativity, and depth as my in-person offerings—without the need to travel.
Duration: 2.5–3 hours
Fee: $595 – $625 (depending on group size and customization)
