I understand that all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of participants. By signing below, I release and hold harmless Loveday Everyday, Kathryn Loveday, and any affiliated facilitators or venues from any and all liability, claims, or demands for accidental injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during participation in a circle, workshop or class.

Media Release

I give permission for myself to be photographed or filmed during activities. I understand that these images or recordings may be used by Loveday Everyday for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes, including (but not limited to) social media, the Loveday Everyday website, and printed materials.

I understand that my name will not be used without additional consent. If I do not want my image used, I will notify the facilitator in writing.
